We want you to work when you need to, rest when you have to and play when you want to. And when you live with us, we’ve got that covered.

Your choice

For starters, there’s no red envelopes through the door or on the phone; all bills included means all bills included. It’s no scam. No joke.

We’ve got every type of student accommodation you can think of. Unless you’ve won the lottery – we don’t do flash penthouse suites. But we do do student studios. One bed flats. Ensuite rooms. Rooms with shared bathrooms.

And while you’re with us, we’ve got you, 24 hrs a day. On-site security and CCTV working dawn to dusk and back again. All so you can relax, enjoy your student experience and feel safe in your accommodation.

Wherever you see a Book Now button on our website, click it and you will be taken to our registration portal. 

You will need to register with us first and create your account. Once you have done this, you can then start your application choosing your location and preferred type of room suited to your needs and budgets.

No, we do not ask for a damage deposit unlike many other providers as we want to ensure every student has access to good quality student accommodation at a price they can afford.

We will ask for a simple booking fee when you sign your contract to secure your place with us helping to keep things fair for all students. We will then reduce your total rent payment deducting the booking fee from what you will pay.

Yes! Instalments are an easy way to spread the cost of your student accommodation over the year in bite size chunks, meaning you know where you are with your money. Our instalment plan runs alongside your student loan payments, and the good news is we won’t increase the rent for this.

Simply give us the details of a UK based guarantor (usually your parents) who can guarantee they’ll cover your rent if you can’t (for whatever reason), and we’ll do the rest.

International students usually need to pay the full amount for their stay upfront. If this might be a problem, please get in touch.

Who can book our accommodation?

Anyone studying in higher education can book our student rooms – it doesn’t matter if you’re a UK or international student.

We’re here to provide good quality accommodation that’s affordable for Every Student and we’re proud of it too. From first-year to PhD students, move in with us.

When can you book our accommodation?

As our rooms tend to sell out like hot cakes, we always recommend booking well in advance of your next academic year. Click the Book Now button at the top of our website to start your application.

This will give you plenty of choice for the types of rooms on offer, ensuring you bag the best one for your budget. If you need short-term accommodation, give us a shout as we have lots of contracts available, including stays in the summer break with minimum stays of only 4 weeks.

Can I stay in the summer?

During the summer months, we open our doors to non-students too, providing short-term stays to people staying where we are.

We have many different types of rooms to choose from and the rooms available depend on where you’re studying and which building you’re interested in staying at.

Each accommodation building has specific room types and the cost varies depending on the building and room type you want to stay in.

Choose a non-ensuite room and you’ll have a private bedroom but share your bathroom and kitchen with flatmates.  

If you’d prefer a little more privacy, our ensuite rooms feature private bedrooms and bathrooms, but you’ll still share your kitchen with flatmates.  

For complete privacy, opt for a studio or flat – these individual flats come with their own bathroom and kitchen which you won’t have to share with anyone else.  

We also have accessible rooms available for students with accessibility needs. 

The choice is yours! 

Our advice is to pack light and add to your student essentials as you go. There are the obvious things to pack, like your clothes, books, laptop, and favourite soft toy (we won’t tell anyone!). You’ll also need bedding (single or double depending on your accommodation), towels and stuff for the kitchen such as pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc… oh and labels for your food!

Lots of what you need is available to buy from a wide range of shops where our accommodations are.

Everything is delivered to your student accommodation reception. A list is published each day so you can see if we’ve received that all important ASOS parcel – simply pop down to reception with some photo ID to collect it. Any letters will be delivered to your post box or under your door on the same day we receive them.

If you want to deliver some new items such as bedding and kitchen items, we are happy to accept these once you’ve signed your contract. We’ll keep them safe until you arrive and we’ll even leave them in your room for when you arrive.

All of our accommodation buildings have quality washing and drying machines for you to use.

The cost to use the laundry facilities where you are living will differ slightly. Pricing information will be available once you’ve arrived and moved into your room.

Typically, a wash will cost £2.50 and a dry will cost £1. You’ll need to buy your own detergent to use though.

Nothing lasts forever and accidents do happen.

If something is past its best, let our team know reception and one of our friendly maintenance team will come and make repairs or replace it.

You’ll only ever be charged for this if the damage is clearly through misuse. 

Yes!

We’ve arranged contents insurance for you at no extra cost through Endsleigh Insurance. You’ll be covered against fire, flood, theft, and accidental damage for the personal belongings inside your room (excluding mobile phones).
