Booking Incentive Promotion – Terms & Conditions

• The promotion offers eligible residents a £150 high street voucher incentive (“Incentive”).
• This promotion is operated under the Every Student brand.
  1. Boudicca One Limited is the owner and operator of Lucia Foster Welch.
  2. Boudicca Two Limited is the owner and operator of King Street Exchange, Linksfield House, Old Fire Station and St Peter House.
  3. References to “Every Student” throughout these Terms & Conditions refer to the relevant operating entity for the applicable property.
• The promotion applies only to the following accommodation locations and room types:
  1. Lucia Foster Welch
     1. Non Ensuite Bronze
  2. Linksfield House
     1. Non Ensuite Silver
     2. Non Ensuite Platinum
  3. St Peter House
     1. Non Ensuite Silver
     2. Non Ensuite Gold
     3. Non Ensuite Platinum

• To qualify for the Incentive:
  • A booking must be completed between 18 May 2026 and 30 June 2026 inclusive.
  • The booking must be for an eligible room type at a participating property.
  • The booking must be for a qualifying tenancy or licence agreement with a contract length of 42, 44, or 51 weeks only.
  • The tenancy or licence agreement must commence on either 5 September 2026 or 10 September 2026.
  • The booking must be a new booking only.
  • Applicants must not have held any previous booking, tenancy, licence agreement, or other accommodation agreement with Every Student.
  • The resident must successfully move into the accommodation under the terms of their licence agreement.
  • The resident’s rent account must be fully up to date, with all rent due paid in full up to and including 11 November 2026.
  • The resident must not be in breach of their licence agreement or accommodation terms at any time prior to the Incentive being issued.
• Residents who cancel their booking, terminate their tenancy or licence agreement early, transfer to a non-eligible room, or have outstanding rent arrears as of 11 November 2026 will not be eligible for the Incentive.
• Any resident subject to disciplinary action, breach of house rules, or breach of the licence agreement may have their eligibility for the Incentive withdrawn at the sole discretion of Every Student.
• The Incentive will be issued by email to the resident’s registered email address on or before 1 December 2026.
• The voucher issued as part of the Incentive must be redeemed by 1 March 2027. Expired vouchers will not be replaced or extended.
• Only one Incentive will be issued per eligible booking.
• The Incentive is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Every Student reserves the right to substitute the voucher type with an alternative of equal value if necessary.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, cashback, referral scheme, or incentive unless expressly stated otherwise by Every Student.
• Every Student reserves the right to withdraw, amend, suspend, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in this promotion, residents agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Every Student’s decision regarding eligibility for the Incentive is final.
