Flexible deals

We like to be flexible, which is why we offer several different contract lengths here at Every Student. That way you can tailor your contract depending on how long you want to stay with us.

Our contracts are all-inclusive of bills – so there are no hidden charges, no matter which one you choose.

All-inclusive rent

Our contracts are all-inclusive of bills – so there are no hidden charges, no matter which one you choose.

That means we take care of your energy and water costs, as well as providing high-quality WiFi, contents insurance and several other perks within the price you pay. We’re here to make living at uni easy.

Paying your rent

You’ll need to make your payments via bank transfer or our online payment portal. We’ll let you know what you need to do once you’ve completed the booking process.

Depending on what type of student you are and where you’ve come from, our agreements vary so you’ll need to check before moving in.

51-week contract

Running from 9th September 2023 to 31st August 2024, this contract means you can stay with us for the summer of next year.

As with all of our contracts, the price is all-inclusive, meaning there’s nothing extra to pay.

42-week contract

This contract is from 9th September 2023 to 29th June 2024.

Not planning on hanging around for the summer? Then this is the contract for you. Just like all of our contracts, the price means everything is included.

Summer stays

Need an all-inclusive room for the summer?  You can book a room from July – September 2024 with us.

And there’s a loyalty discount too. If you’re an existing tenant, or you’re going to be staying with us for 2023-24, stay at the same price.

How do I pay for my accommodation?

UK Guarantor

All our accommodation is paid for via our online portal which is where you register with us too.

You can pay in 3 instalments. (September 23, January 24, April 24).

We also have Scottish student finance suitable plans for our Aberdeen residents.

No UK Guarantor

You will need to pay in full before you move in.
