Here is a list of the facilities we offer at Every Student.
You can find what is included in your room in our detailed room information.

En-Suite

We have rooms available that feature your own private En-suite. In your En-suite room you have a shower, sink, toilet, mirror and towel rail. Please note that we don’t have ensuite rooms available at in Southampton. Ensuite rooms are only available in our Aberdeen locations.

Deliveries

If you have any deliveries coming to you, you are able to pick them up from our team on reception.

Parking

We have on-site parking available for our residents.

Laundrette

Make use of our on-site laundrette facility. Wash and dry your clothes at our accommodation.

CCTV & Door Entry Systems

You will be provided with a key fob as your means of getting in and out of our accommodation buildings. This ensures we keep you safe. We also have CCTV across the accommodation to give you peace of mind.

Cleaning

We provide regular cleaning to your communal areas with our team of cleaning staff. Your room is your responsibility to keep clean and tidy.

Free Bike Storage

We offer free bike storage at our sites. Great way to keep your bike stored.

Communal Rooms

Our accommodations that feature communal areas are: Lucia Foster Welch and the Old Fire Station. These spaces are here for you to chill out and even study in peace in.

24/7 Security

We have an on-site 24/7 security team that are here to assist you. If you have an issue or are locked out of your room, they are here to help.

Contents Insurance

Included in the cost of your rent, we have contents insurance for your valuables available to you to provide reassurance with your stay at Every Student.

Bills Included

That’s right, water, electric, heating are included into your rent.

Free WiFi

You will be able to work, stream Netflix and access the internet from your room with our free WiFi included in your rent. The superfast speed should mean accessing the internet very simple.
