Eligible customers who book a room with Every Student at the properties listed in Appendix 1 for the 2023/24 academic year (the “Relevant Academic Year”) will (subject to these Terms and Conditions) be entitled to a reward as detailed below.
This promotion will run from the 12th September and will once all our rooms have sold out.
- Subject to these Terms and Conditions, existing customers who book a room with Every Student in the properties listed in Appendix 1 below for a minimum 44-week tenancy for the Relevant Academic Year will be entitled to a reward (the “Offer”).
- The Reward will have a value of £500 (the “Reward”).
- The Reward will be paid to eligible customers in the form of a Lifestyle gift voucher (the “Voucher”).
- The properties listed in Appendix 1 are included in this promotion (the “Properties”).
- To be eligible, you need to:
- Book directly with Every Student for a minimum 44-week tenancy; and,
- Check into your booked room at the start of the tenancy period; and,
- Pay any initial instalments of rent under your tenancy agreement up to and including the 15th October 2023: and,
- Provide a valid email address at the point of booking your room.
- You will not be eligible for the offer if:
- Your booking is a short stay, semester stay or the booking has a start date of January 2024 or later, even if for 44 weeks or over; and / or,
- You are in arrears or have otherwise been in breach of your current tenancy at any time during your tenancy; and / or,
- You have booked your tenancy through a university or higher education institution (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any made pursuant to Nominations Agreements); and / or,
- You have booked a room with Every Students prior to the Booking Period (for the avoidance of doubt, for rooms booked prior to the Booking Period a change of room during the Booking Period will not create eligibility for the Offer).
- You will only qualify to receive the Reward once your booking status for the Relevant Academic Year has been moved to reserved in the Every Student systems.
- For a booking status to move to reserved, your tenancy agreement must have been completed in accordance with its terms. Similarly, the Guarantor agreement must also have been completed in accordance with Every Student’s terms.
- In order to process your entitlement to the Reward, once your eligibility has been confirmed, we will be required to share some basic information (including name, email address etc) with our approved third party who will be providing the Card. This will then enable the chosen provider to process your application.
- The link to access the Reward will be emailed to your registered email address which you provided at the point of booking on/before the 24th November 2023.
- The Reward will not be provided to you if you:
- have not provided a valid email address at the point of booking; and / or,
- you do not have an up-to-date payment status as at 16th October 2023; and / or,
- you have not checked into your booked room.
- The Voucher is provided by the chosen provider subject to the Every Student Lifestyle Gift Voucher terms and conditions detailed at Appendix 2.
- Any amendments made to the booking after the offer ends will invalidate this promotional offer.
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
- Every Student reserves the right to remove or change this promotional offer at any time.

- Your payment will be delivered via email with instructions for claiming your Lifestyle Gift Voucher.
- You must claim your card within 3 months from the date these instructions are sent via email. Your right to the payment expires after that time. Use your Voucher everywhere Lifestyle Gift Voucher is accepted.
- Please note that Lifestyle Gift Voucher are subject to expiration, so pay close attention to the expiration date of the card
