Your new home from home is in the Lucia Foster Welch building (SO14 3ZP – look it up). We’re right next to Ocean Village, with its cinemas, restaurants and views across the marina. You also have Queen’s Park just around the corner and the National Oceanography Centre and Solent University are both just a stone’s throw away, with good transport links to the University of Southampton too.

If you’re looking for student accommodation within the current academic year on a shorter contract length to fit in with your studies or a placement, we may be able to accommodate you.
Every Student supplies private student accommodation. We care about the quality of accommodation we provide and the students who live in it. That’s why we’re signed up to the National Code for Assured Accommodation. It sets out minimum standards which we have to abide by in lots of areas, including being honest about how we describe our rooms and buildings, and treating people fairly, ensuring that no one is treated less fairly than others in the way we allocate and run our accommodation.
