Varley Park - Brighton
Every Student is proud to manage Varley Park since its acquisition in August 2025. At this location, we work in partnership with the University of Brighton to provide quality accommodation to 772 students.
Residents can expect the same high level of service as any of our other sites, such as regular communal cleaning & a friendly onsite team to answer queries and solve any problems.
Varley Park offers a choice of ensuite and non-ensuite accommodation to suit a range of budgets and needs, with access to a range of shared spaces designed for both study and relaxation.
On site you’ll find spacious common room facilities and dedicated study areas, as well as communal gardens, basketball, and outdoor table tennis.
The site provides access to direct transport links to Brighton City Centre and University Campuses.
Please note that term-time bookings are to be made directly with the University.

During term-time, Varley Park is exclusively student accommodation and you must be a student with the University of Brighton to live here. However, during the summer months we have more flexibility and open up the accommodation to non-students.

Varley Park offers a range on ensuite and non-ensuite rooms, to suit a number of budgets. From ensuites, to shared bathrooms, to studios, there is something to suit all needs.
Who should I contact if I have any problems?
You’ll find our helpful Every Student team onsite should you need anything, and any welfare / maintenance issues should be directed to us. However, any issues or queries regarding contractual arrangements should be directed to the University of Brighton.
What kind of communal facilities can I expect?
At Varley Park, residents can expect to find common room facilities and dedicated study areas, located in the Hub. Outside you’ll find spacious communal gardens with picnic areas, basketball, and outdoor table tennis which residents are free to use.
Where is my nearest bus stop?
Busses running throughout Brighton stop right outside of The Hub, on site. There is also a free university bus which runs through this bus stop.
